Now you do not need to go until Simpang Ampat to have the famous Yam rice, you can have it in Penang Island too.

It is located at Bukit Jambul i-Avenue behind Hong Leong bank. The Yam rice is very nice served with salted vegetable soup and pig leg. If you do not like Yam rice you can have the normal rice with the soup as the soup is also delicious.

The soup contain pork, fish ball, tau fu etc…

The best part is the Yam rice… Must try it! The pig leg is nice too…
